On November 9, the first seminar on fish and seafood in Ho Chi Minh City was held in the Dong Khoi 1 room of the Caravelle Hotel, where they were exposed about these industries and the market possibilities between Argentina in Vietnam.
The event was attended by representatives of different state bodies linked to the sector and more than fifteen companies importing and distributing fish products. Media also participated. The participants showed great interest in Argentine products, especially for the red shrimp.
At the end of the seminar, a tasting of Argentine gastronomy based on fish and seafood was offered by the chef Alberto Curia.
